In Taiwan, a shop making an uncomfortable business with customers is called Black-Shop. People mark those shops for some reasons, like higher prices, bad services, and awful return experience. However, I think those shops don't want to earn the name "Black-shop."

The most important reason for those shop to give customers bad services is that they don't have enough stocks. When someone buy a laptop with a big problem, he will return it to the shop. If the shop have stocks, the customer will get a new one from there, and everything is all right.

However, if the shop don't have any stocks, the sells return will make the shop very serious. A bad shop may request customers to write down "Repair pages," and try to make the product problem become "A CUSTOMER PROBLEM." Oh! What a bullshits is! This is a Black-Shop!

When you want to buy a new laptop in Taipei, the Kmall building in the front of Taipei main station is the best and the first place you should go. There are a lot of stocks. If your new laptop has any problems, you can take it to Kmall, and get a new one.
